Welcome to ACC DLC scheduling!

If you are new to the Distance Learning Center, be sure to submit your pre-session survey (found in the introductory email from DLC). Once we are notified of your having completed the survey, we will add 1 free session credit to your account!

The following instructions will get you started signing up for classes.

Scheduling must be completed at least 2 days prior to the desired session.

1. Enter the "Availability Calendar" tab above
2. The Availability Calendar will show a listing of half hour sessions. Click the time slot for the session you would like to schedule. (As a feature of the website, all times are listed in the current timezone set in your user preferences)
3. Add the session to your cart
4. In the "Review Sessions" page, review your selections. When satisfied, select "Confirm Sessions"
5. If your account has session credits, you will have the option to "pay with session credits". If you don't have session credits, you can pay with Paypal.
6. "Confirm Reservation"
7. You should receive a confirmation email for your purchase and/or scheduling confirmation.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we ask for at least 36 hours notice. If we are notified of the change 36 hours or more before the scheduled class, we will add 1 session credit to your account. We hope you can find a class time that works well for you!
